1. The Main Hall
Perfect for Grand Celebrations, Weddings, & Large Corporate Events
The Main Hall is our premier indoor event space, designed to accommodate large crowds with ease and flexibility.
- Spacious Layout: A grand 47’ X 72’ open floor plan that provides ample room for dining, dancing, and mingling.
- Performance Stage: Features an elevated 23’ wide X 10’ deep stage—ideal for DJs, live bands, award ceremonies, or keynote presenters.
- Presentation Ready: Includes a large, built-in projector screen for seamless visual displays, slideshows, or corporate videos.
- Direct Kitchen Access: Conveniently adjacent to our full facility kitchen, equipped with stoves, refrigeration, and a commercial ice machine to smoothly accommodate your catering team.
- Included Furniture: Comes with approximately 200 chairs, 10 round tables (each seating 8), and 21 rectangular tables (each seating 6) to completely customize your layout.
2. The Auxiliary Room

Please note: Rates are subject to change. Your booking date is only fully locked in and secured once the security deposit has been processed and a rental agreement is signed.

General Rental Rules & Policies
To ensure our community facility remains clean and safe for all organizations and families, all renters must agree to the following guidelines:
- Security & Damage Deposit: A refundable $300.00 security deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. This deposit is returned following a post-event inspection, provided the venue is left undamaged and clean.
- Setup and Tear-Down Hours: Your rental window must include your own time needed for decorating, setup, and post-event cleanup. Please plan your booking hours accordingly.
- Clean-Up Policy: Renters are responsible for leaving the room in the condition it was found. This includes removing all personal decorations, placing garbage in the provided receptacles, and wiping down surfaces.
- Kitchen Use Rules: Access to the kitchen includes use of refrigeration and the ice machine. All caterers must leave the kitchen stoves and surfaces wiped down and clean.
- Alcohol & Security (TABC Compliance): If you plan to serve alcoholic beverages, your event must fully comply with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC), county, and city laws. You are strictly required to hire a licensed police officer, sheriff’s deputy, or constable to provide professional security for the entire duration of any event where alcohol is present. This security expense is the sole responsibility of the lessee.
- Decorations: To preserve our building, tape, staples, tacks, or nails are not permitted on the walls or woodwork. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited.
