Membership Eligibility

Thanks to the LEGION Act, eligibility is open to nearly all veterans who served honorably. If you served at least one day of active military duty since December 7, 1941, and were honorably discharged or are still serving, you are eligible to join.

To qualify, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Currently serving on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, or Space Force).
  • Honorably discharged veteran with active-duty service during the eligible period.
  • Note: Merchant Marines who served between December 7, 1941, and December 31, 1946, are also eligible.

📋 What you’ll need: A copy of your DD Form 214 (or proof of current active duty) is required to verify eligibility when submitting your application.

Our annual dues help fund local veteran outreach programs, community initiatives, and the maintenance of our post infrastructure.

  • Annual Membership: $50.00 per year (renewable each calendar year).
  • Paid-Up-For-Life (PUFL): Skip the annual renewals entirely. Lifetime membership rates are available based on your age at the time of application.
